Shannon Castle is a retired Police Captain with over three decades of leadership experience in law enforcement, public service, and human performance. He retired in 2023 from the Myrtle Beach Police Department after serving in executive leadership roles overseeing Criminal Investigations, Special Operations, Administration, and Training.
 

Beginning his career in 1989, Shannon quickly established himself as a leader, becoming one of the youngest supervisors in the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office at the age of 21. Throughout his career, he led specialized units, developed training programs, implemented organizational initiatives, and delivered presentations focused on leadership, performance, and professional development.
 

Shannon is also recognized as the first and only Certified Forensic Hypnotist in South Carolina, using advanced communication and behavioral techniques to assist victims and witnesses with memory recall during criminal investigations.
 

Today, Shannon combines his experience in leadership, psychology, and human behavior to help organizations improve focus, performance, resilience, and leadership effectiveness. His unique perspective provides audiences with practical strategies they can immediately apply to achieve greater personal and professional success.
